Find and replace
What to do
- Press Ctrl+H.
- Type what to find, and what to replace it with.
- Click Replace All.
Good to know
- Ctrl+F only finds.
- Click Options to search the whole workbook, or to match case.
- Ctrl+Z undoes it if the result is wrong.
The idea in general
It makes the same fix everywhere at once.
What I assumed
- You are using Excel on a computer. Menus can look a little different on a Mac or in a browser.
