Let Excel copy a pattern (Flash Fill)
What to do
- In the next column, type the result you want for the first row.
- Press Enter, then press Ctrl+E.
- Check that Excel filled the rest correctly.
Good to know
- The results do not update if the data changes.
- It can guess wrong on unusual rows, so scan the results.
