Hide or unhide rows and columns
What to do
- Right-click the row number or column letter.
- Choose Hide.
- To bring it back, select the rows or columns on both sides, right-click and choose Unhide.
Good to know
- Hidden data is still in the file, and formulas still use it.
- Do not rely on hiding to keep information private.

It tucks data out of view without removing it.
