Print my sheet on one page
What to do
- Go to File, then Print.
- Under Settings, change No Scaling to Fit Sheet on One Page.
- Check the preview on the right, then click Print.
Good to know
- Wide sheets usually look better in Landscape, also under Settings.
- If the text gets too small, try Fit All Columns on One Page.
- To make a PDF, go to File, then Save As, and choose PDF.
The idea in general
Excel shrinks the sheet until it all fits on the paper.
What I assumed
- You are using Excel on a computer. Menus can look a little different on a Mac or in a browser.
