Clean up text
Combine text from several cells
=TEXTJOIN(" ",TRUE,A2,B2)How it works in Excel
- " " puts a space between each piece.
- TRUE skips blank cells.
- A2 and B2 are the pieces to join.
- Use ", " to separate with a comma instead.
- You can give it a whole range such as A2:D2.
- A shorter version for two cells is =A2&" "&B2.
The idea in general
You are gluing separate pieces of text into one, with a spacer between them.
What I assumed
- The pieces are in A2 and B2.
Check the result on your own data before relying on it.
