Check if a number is within a range
=IF(AND(B2>=10,B2<=20),"In range","Out of range")How it works in Excel
- AND needs both tests to pass.
- B2>=10 is the bottom.
- B2<=20 is the top.
- Put the limits in cells so they are easy to change.
The idea in general
The number has to be above the floor and below the ceiling.

- The number is in B2.
