Count numbers within a range
=COUNTIFS(B2:B5,">=20",B2:B5,"<=30")How it works in Excel
- The first test is the bottom of the range.
- The second test is the top.
- The same column can be used twice.
- Change >= to > to leave out the edge.
The idea in general
Each number has to clear the floor and stay under the ceiling.

- Your numbers are in B2:B5.
