How it works in Excel

• B2 is the last name.
• ", " is a comma and a space.
• A2 is the first name.
• Flash Fill (Ctrl+E) can also do this without a formula.

The idea in general

You choose the order and the punctuation when you join the pieces.

What I assumed

• The first name is in A2 and the last name is in B2.
