Look things up
Build a cell reference from text
=INDIRECT("B"&E2)How it works in Excel
- "B"&E2 builds an address such as B3.
- INDIRECT goes to that cell.
- It can also point to a sheet whose name is in a cell.
- It recalculates often, so heavy use slows a workbook.
The idea in general
You write a cell's address as text, and Excel follows it.
What I assumed
- The row number is in E2.
Check the result on your own data before relying on it.
