Look things up
List the top few rows
=TAKE(SORT(A2:B5,2,-1),3)How it works in Excel
- SORT puts the table in order, highest first.
- TAKE keeps the first 3 rows.
- Change the 3 to get more or fewer rows.
- It needs Microsoft 365.
The idea in general
Line everyone up in order, then keep the front of the line.
What I assumed
- Your table is in A2:B5 and the numbers are in the second column.
Check the result on your own data before relying on it.
