Fix an error
Fix formulas that do not update
What to do
- Go to Formulas, then Calculation Options.
- Choose Automatic.
Good to know
- F9 recalculates by hand.
- Excel can pick up Manual from another open workbook.
The idea in general
Excel was told to wait until asked before doing the math again.
What I assumed
- You are using Excel on a computer. Menus can look a little different on a Mac or in a browser.
