Turn text into a real date

- DATEVALUE reads text that looks like a date.
- Format the cell as a date to see it.
- If it fails, try Data, then Text to Columns, and choose Date in step 3.
- Real dates sit on the right of a cell, and text sits on the left.
The idea in general
Excel can only do date math on real dates, not words that look like them.

- The text date is in A2.
